Swantner & Gordon Insurance Agency and Higginbotham & Associates, have jointly announced the merger of their operations. The combined firm has more than 500 professionals providing insurance, risk management and employee benefit solutions through 16 offices statewide.

Since 1995, Swantner & Gordon has grown from 30 employees and one office to more than 120 employees and four offices in Corpus Christi, Houston, Victoria and Portland.

Since 2007, Higginbotham has expanded its operations throughout Texas by aligning with independent insurance firms that have strong footholds in their local markets.
